Refund Policy

Summary

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requested within 7 days of purchase
  • The purchased points have not been used at all
  • Points were incorrectly deducted due to a serious service error (reviewed individually)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • Any portion of the purchased points has been used
  • Points received free via events or signup bonuses
  • Dissatisfaction with generated image results alone

3. Refund Process

  1. Send a refund request email to [email protected]
  2. Subject: [Refund Request] your email address
  3. Include purchase date and payment amount in the body
  4. We will process and respond within 3 business days
  5. Refunds are processed to the original card only. Cash refunds are not available.
Important
  • Refund eligibility is limited to within 1 year from the date of payment
  • Depending on your card issuer, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect
  • Once any points have been used, the remaining balance is non-refundable

4. Failed Generation Compensation

If image generation fails due to a service error and points were deducted, contact us and we will restore your points. However, dissatisfaction with AI-generated results due to the nature of AI technology does not qualify for a refund.

5. Service Closure

In the event the Service closes, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance, and remaining points will be refunded in accordance with applicable e-commerce regulations.
